Problem
In our everyday busy schedule we often ignore the fact that we all need to groom ourselves once in a while to feel fresh and internally satisfied. Bodyapp wanted to address the above problem and connect the wellness service providing outlets and the customers in need of their services in fingertips through a unified platform.
Goal
The goal was to build an aggregator platform for the wellness and lifestyle services industry. The platform will act as a bridge between the customers and the outlets to manage appointments, book services and order products through one unified platform.
Solution
Nyx Wolves provided different apps for both consumers and partners in Android, iOS and Web platforms. It becomes more user friendly as both the apps serve a different purpose which also helps BodyApp to keep a track of data of partners and consumers separately. We built features like subscriptions, social feed and coupon management into the robust platform to serve the customers. The e-commerce management for service booking, order booking were all looped into a simple cohesive flow that led to a seamless user experience.
Current Status
Bodyapp currently has 1000+ service partners and a wide range of products to be sold in the market. They are on their way to expand to many more areas and cities.
