The Challenges
- Struggles in pre-screening and pre-interviewing candidates
- Outdated and laborious methods of data handling
- A manual and time-consuming process
- Ineffective assessment and tracking of candidates’ performances


Our Solution
We created an application tracking system that would oversee the entire recruitment process lifecycle.
To go along with the tracking system and reduce the ardent labor, a dashboard was designed and developed for their clients to create, update, and furnish the status of candidates’ profiles on the platform.
We also built an AI-based Resume Parser, a microservice deployed on AWS with Lambda. which could interpret the resume and refresh the data without manual interference.
In addition, we provided some key features, like interview scheduling, and enabled their clients to obtain reports and the status of the candidates.

Current Status
We are currently working with Briisk as a technology partner and providing them with increased resource support. In the months that we have been working at Briisk, we were able to relieve the InsurTech is facing mounting strain, and we are in the process of expanding by recruiting and managing resources for them.
